Service Delivery Terms
Project Scope and Timeline
All web design projects at PixelLegacy begin with a comprehensive discovery phase to understand your business objectives, target audience, and technical requirements. This initial consultation ensures we deliver solutions that align with your brand identity and business goals.
Project timelines typically range from 4-12 weeks depending on complexity, with 3 rounds of revisions included in our standard packages. Expedited projects receive priority scheduling with a 25% rush fee, ensuring faster turnaround times without compromising quality.
Design Process and Revisions
Our design process follows industry best practices, incorporating user experience principles, responsive design standards, and modern web technologies. Each project includes wireframing, visual design, and development phases with client feedback integrated at key milestones.
Client approval is required at each major milestone before proceeding to the next phase. This collaborative approach ensures the final product meets expectations and aligns with your brand vision and business objectives.
Payment and Billing Conditions
Payment Structure
- 50% deposit required to commence project
- 30% due at design approval milestone
- 20% due upon final project delivery
- All invoices due within 30 days of issue
Additional Services
- Content creation: ₱1,500 per page
- SEO optimization: ₱5,000 setup + ₱2,000/month
- E-commerce integration: ₱8,000 - ₱25,000
- Post-launch support: ₱3,000/month

Intellectual Property and Revision Policies
Ownership and Rights
Upon final payment completion, clients receive full ownership rights to all custom-designed elements, source code, graphics, and content created specifically for their project. This includes custom graphics, layouts, and unique functional elements developed during the design process.
PixelLegacy retains rights to general design techniques, methodologies, and non-project-specific assets. Stock images, third-party plugins, and licensed materials remain subject to their original licensing terms and are not transferred to clients unless explicitly included in project deliverables.
Portfolio and Showcase Rights
Unless specifically declined in writing, we reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials. This helps demonstrate our capabilities to potential clients while highlighting successful project outcomes.
Client anonymity and confidentiality are maintained in all portfolio displays. We do not disclose sensitive business information, proprietary methodologies, or confidential project details in public showcases.
Clients may opt out of portfolio inclusion by providing written notice before project completion. Previous portfolio inclusions remain active unless removal is specifically requested after project delivery.
